Lions Gate homes typically offer two living areas, a dining room, several bathrooms, and two or three bedrooms including an expansive en suite master bedroom as well as a private, walled or fenced courtyard, all in a variety of floor plans. Most homes have two fireplaces. Almost all have been remodeled in recent years.

  Generously sized, Lions Gate patios leave room for plantings, furniture, and water features,  
  all enclosed in brick walls, board-on-board fencing, and privacy gates.

And Around the Community​

Because Lions Gate offers green spaces, both within and outside the complex, residents enjoy walking and biking to nearby parks and other places of interest as well as gathering at the swimming pool. During the year, a social committee plans several events for the community. Events have included gatherings such as the annual Pool Opening Party, patio tours, a Halloween party for children and adults, a Polar Bear Plunge, s'mores and hot chocolate around a firepit, and happy hour at a nearby restaurant. Ongoing activities have included book discussions, gardening sessions, and yoga classes.

Although social events have been suspended during the Covid-19 pandemic, we look forward to renewing them as soon as it is safe to do so.
